Bear & Burton's Fireshire Sauce Brines & Injections Gun Powder can be applied

Gun Powder can be applied at the very end of the cooking process for an additional burst of flavor

Use it as an amazing dry rub toasted on wings as they come out of the fryer or sprinkled on a smoked pork chop

onion and a hint of sweetness boosts the flavor of all things beef

but it was designed with wings on the mind

We came up with this rub designed for poultry perfection

Bear & Burton's Fireshire Sauce Brines & Injections Gun Powder can be appliedAfter releasing the original W Sauce in 2021, Bear and Burton continued to experiment with recipes and mistakenly added more peppers than ever before. That first batch was hot, but they knew they were onto something. Fireshire has a unique and amazing pepper taste that compliments the original flavors perfectly. Not too hot, but just enough kick.
