This lidded sugar bowl carries Sarreguemines Flore dcor in moody charcoal black: trailing blossom sprays beneath a neo Gothic border and sweet little ear handles. Printed in the 1880s on fine white earthenware, the transfer is crisp and romantic without fuss. Time has left a gentle network of age appropriate crazing exactly the patina collectors adore while the piece remains remarkably sound. A
