See Saw Pinot Noir ABV 14.9% The palate follows with charactersA harmonious blend of four Pinot Noir clones (MV6, 667, 115, and Abel), grown across three high altitude vineyards. Selectively harvested in the cool morning, the fruit underwent a cold soak before fermenting in open top fermenters. Gentle hand plunging ensured a delicate extraction, followed by maturation in French oak for several months before blending and bottling. Colour Bright cherry red. Aroma Red plums, mulberries, and a subtle touch of savoury
