Nose: Big Sherry, Milk Chocolate, Coconut, Vanilla Whipping Cream, Christmas Cake, Demerara Sugar, Juicy Red soaked grapes, Oak Taste: Oak, Dark Intense sherry, Dark Chocolate, Ginger and Nutmeg ( lots of Christmas spices! ) Finish: Very intense, slight drying with an incredible mouth fill, quite spicy.
