This viola has been created already a few years ago using Italian flamed poplar for the back

Stefano has been working with us in our violin workshop

Its body shape has the classic Guarneri C bout shape

Good to know that a Flat back bass has a quicker response and is used therefore more often from Jazz players as well as from high Proffessional bass players
