Mr Nobody Liqueur Riesling Riesling One of the great valuesA rare take on traditional white fortified wine bases utilising Clare Valley Riesling strengthened with pure grape spirit part way through fermentation. Matured in old oak casks for approximately 6 years delivering complex concentrated lemon and lime marmalade flavours but retaining a light palate weight. Delicious served chilled or over shaved ice in summer or try drizzled over ice cream or lemon sorbet for a naughty late night desert.
