Machine harvested at night to retain freshness, before haulage to the winery. The grape variety 'Montepulciano' hails from the D'Abruzzo region of central Italy. Montepulciano has dark broody fruit spectrum of Cherry, boysenberry and blackberry with notes of chocolate and sage. A fuller bodied style with soft tannin and medium acidity keep the fruit spectrum framed
