Lowestoft La Maison Pinot Noir Montepulciano d'Abruzzo the team of distillers atCrafted with a minimalist approach to honour site and fruit, this Pinot Noir was hand picked and gently de stemmed into small 1. 5 tonne open fermenters, with up to 100% whole cluster inclusion. Indigenous fermentation began without additions, with gentle pump overs twice daily to wet the cap and avoid over extraction. After 21 days on skins, the wine was pressed directly to 500L French oak puncheons (25% new) and matured undisturbed for 13 months
