Plant based proteins and quinoa work in to rebuild structure; the conditioning agents are heavy enough that two minutes does real work, not just a rinse through moment. Apply to damp hair from mid length to ends, leave for five to ten minutes, then rinse. Once or twice weekly depending on damage level. 150ml goes a long way if you're not drowning your hair in it.
