Donatien Bahuaud Les Grands Mortiers Vouvray 2021 Domestic Specialty Made using authentic blue agaveThough aromatically relatively reticent, with aromas of orchard fruit and wet wool, this Vouvray has a far more expressive palate. With flavours of juicy lemons, crunchy apples, pears, and quince, this is classic chenin blanc. Medium bodied, succulent, and off dry, with bright acidity, it has an appealing texture and a long, characteristically grippy, slightly bitter finish. Tasted August 2023. Score 90.
