It is a highland grower with its range extending along Sumatras southernmost parts to the Barisan Range. Plants typically exhibit a green pitcher body with gaping red purple peristome. The pitchers can attain impressive size. The plants for sale are from Borneo Exotics, BE 3175. The single clone for sale is a female and as a parent it has produced some exceptionally vigorous hybrids.
