sappy tannin profile
On the palate there is fresh soil and steely minerality too
with a long finish that reveals lush fruit flavours along with a nice minerality
Jancis Robison
Cabernet Sauvignon
J.J. Prum, Graacher Himmelreich, Riesling Auslese 2008 Pinot Grigio/Gris sappy tannin profileVery floral with quince, mint and hints of anise on the nose. Reminiscent of salted caramel, white raisin and honey on the palate with hints of citrus rind and a backbone of acidity cutting through the sappy intensity. Delicious now and worth following for 30 40 years.
