Looking at Faces and Remembering Them - Jacques Penry A.S Lavey KEITH MORRISA Guide to Facial Recognition. Penry was the inventor of the 'Photo Fit' technique of enabling witnesses to create accurate facial images which the British police adopted in 1970, a standard tool of the police for many years.
