Novum Pinot Noir 2024 O Maras Our classical dry style RoseThe Novum Pinot Noir pours a deep, ruby red, with some purple hues. The nose is fragrant with old fashioned plum and dark red berry fruit, with dried herb and subtle earthy notes. Mouth filling, generous, and multi layered with more red fruit, ripe cherry, plum and spice flavours, plenty of structure, finishing with softness and length. Cellar 6 8 years.
