Chateau L' Evangile, Pomerol 2012 Chateau de Beaucastel followed by impressions of black

followed by impressions of black pepper and clove

Using traditional methods

wild strawberries and violets with a layer of lifted dark fruit

intense flavours of red berries marry with notes of coconut

A fresh and textured palate with good acidity and a long and savoury finish

Chateau L' Evangile, Pomerol 2012 Chateau de Beaucastel followed by impressions of blackCrimson still bluer than La Conseillante. Buttery nose and very sweet. A little less luscious than some Pomerol 2012s with a still dry finish. But all the ingredients are there for the future and its already a convincing drink.
