Edwardian Gold Filled Reed and Crosshatch Frame Glass Locket c. 1900 sapphire_ring likely around the turn ofThis gorgeous Edwardian photo locket features a double sided glass and reed and cross hatch frame. Two colors of gold have been used to decorate the piece: one which is a rich coppery gold and the crosshatches in a complementary yellow gold. This adds some lovely contrast and classic Edwardian style. This piece is larger than I often see and measures an impressive 3. 1 cm in diameter. The top twists off and can be filled with pictures or dried
