Very Cool 1 of 2, Silver Co. Brooklyn Broiler top. Great as a standalone or a set completer restored fish fryer Prior to the name "Griswold"This dandy of a broiler was made by Silver & Co. back in the late 1800's. Similar to the Griswold Broiler, it has a lid that is very hard to find. It can still be used as a broiler, using the bottom (featured here) to sit over the fire or flame to broil meats and veggies. The grooves will not only make a beautiful ribbing of sear marks, but it will drip away and collect along the bottom. Dont sleep on this one! DISCLAIMER: We have prepared this piece
