We wanted to keep as much of this beer controlled so that we could really see what the hot-side changes we made do to the end product

This is a 10. 5% Triple IPA brewed with oats and hopped with the luminous trio of Nelson Sauvin from @freestylehops along with our hand selected Citra and Mosaic from @yakimachief. It's extremely smooth with very well hidden ABV.
