A dry white, its full of pure quince, spiced pear, peach and floral flavours that continue to build. Subtle use of oak gives you a layered and well rounded mouth feel balanced by fresh acidity and mineral notes. A beautiful drink on its own, otherwise it will make an exceptional partner to Asian cuisine or white poultry dishes
