Mas de Boislauzon, Chateauneuf-du-Pape Blanc 2015 Keermont sappy and strikingly pureA beautiful pale golden colour. Aromas of ripe summer fruits honeydew melon, and dried apricots with a soft citrus fruit high note. The palate is rich and full soft almond and toasted brioche. However a lovely citrus zestiness much like a homemade lime curd brings a beautiful freshness to finish. A truly remarkable and aged example of Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc to be enjoyed now or over they next 3 years.
