Schloss Lieser, Riesling Kabinett 2020 False Bay This is a long forgottenThis Kabinett has a clear and ripe fruit aroma, but is finer, and more vegetal and mineral than the more fruit driven estate Riesling. Lean, lush and round, this is a very enjoyable and finessed Riesling with lush fruit, crystalline acidity and stimulating salinity which works well with the noticeable sweetness in this Kabinett. This will pair well with spicier dishes as well as being an amazing aperitif.
