These are then married together in bourbon barrels before a finishing period in Tawny Port pipes PALATE: Orange peel, chocolate truffles, liquorice, sweet damsons and sherry soaked raisins FINISH: Demerara sugar, maple syrup, bitter chocolate, and spiced gingerbread 42% ABV
