A beautiful bright pale yellow in colour
soft tannins and just a hint of pepper on the finish
mineral flavours that linger tantalisingly long after
On the nose rich blackcurrant dark cherries
pepper and leather
Xavier Goodridge, Henty Pinot Noir 2021 Orange wine A beautiful bright pale yellowThis is a single vineyard Pinot Noir. It came from a supreme parcel of fruit so Xavier decided to make 4 barrels of this high quality single vineyard expression. Notes of raspberries, cherries and a hint of red plums. It has an elevated bouquet of cherry blossom, green peppercorn, cloves and bitter herbs. Flavours are concentrated, with dark cherry, blood orange, moist earth, meatiness and black pepper spice finish.
