Murray River Pink Salt Flakes 250g chotto motto Aubaine is Scorpo's most approachableMurray River Salt Flakes are Australia's only naturally pink gourmet salt, harvested from mineralised brines drawn from ancient saline aquifers of the Murray Darling Basin. The pale pink hue comes from naturally high levels of magnesium and calcium, with traces of potassium and iodine. The soft, fast dissolving flakes are an award winning finishing salt prized for their flavour, texture and colour.
