Used but good condition. Semi full flexing action. The rod could use a little bit of straightening to put it in top condition. The cane is lightly flamed and done in a two opposed node pattern in the butt and a random node pattern in the tip. Wrapped red or garnet with a perfection stripper and high arch black snake guides. The varnish
