Firstly we've been unable to turn up anything on the maker the letters "th" inside a "C" also, stylistically its undoubtedly arts and crafts but doesn't fit the "handwriting" of anyone we know. Its 14k gold so this all leads us to the thought that it may be American. We'd welcome any suggestions though! Age: c1910 20 Size and weight: size P 7. 75 4. 24g
