The carving is particularly well detailed with lots of pretty flowers in her hair
perhaps a brooch in a diamond shape (on its side) but there are no scars and the bottoms are decorated with little gold spirals which wouldn't have been there had the two parts been joined together
the engraving has a mixture of Georgian and Victorian styles but it's hard to say for sure as we're not totally up on our German silver
