製造方法：9月末から10月初旬に収穫されたブドウをNASA（ブドウ自然乾燥助長システム）のある特別な乾燥小屋にて竹製ラックの上で1ヶ月かけて陰干し。貴腐菌が付くのはコルヴィーナ種のみ。45日間スラヴォニアオークの大樽もしくはステンレスタンクで自然低温発酵（14℃）後、30～40 hlの樽に移し、アルコールに強い酵母を用いて引き続き35日間アルコール発酵とマロラクティック発酵を行います。全体の80％をスラヴォニアオーク大樽（40～80hl）で、20％をアリエとスラヴォニア樽オーク小樽（600L、40％新樽、30％2年、30％3年樽）で24ヶ月熟成させます。最短4ヶ月間の樽内熟成。

August also brought no extreme heatwaves, allowing for a perfect harvest with abundant yields. Rain during the red grape harvest resulted in wines with lower alcohol volume than usual, along with fresher, more autumnal aromas and flavors.
