The ovoid shaped vase was crafted using ancient techniques where smoke penetrates the clay during firing to create unique black and white markings as seen. There is a Chinese chop mark signature on the lower edge of the base. There is only one issue of note: a small repair to the lip of the vase. This is quite unobtrusive and only noticeable from one viewing angle.
