This print is of a Gig Race on the Isles of Scilly. The evening races are a classic part of the Scilly Summer, come rain or shine! Having lived in Falmouth for some time, I loved seeing the Gig teams go out to practice. The unique silhouette against the horizon with the faint sounds from the boats travelling across the water is such a calming
