テイスティング：金色のきらめきに包みこまれるように立ち上がるきめ細やかなペルラージュ、グレープフルーツ、ショウガ、フレッシュなパイナップル等の極めてクリーンなアロマ、その後、アロマティックなハーブやクミンがほのかに香ります。一口目から感じる芳醇な味わい、その後印象的な果実味へと変化するドライで活き活きとした味わい。クリーンで、なおかつ深みがありエレガントなセンセーションが広がります。

醸造方法：ブドウを除梗、破砕。温度管理をしたステンレスタンクでスキンコンタクトでマセラシオン。ポンピングオーバーをしながら約3週間発酵。果皮から色やアロマやその他の成分を十分に抽出します。その後、ステンレスタンクとフレンチオークの小樽で12ヶ月間熟成。瓶詰め後、温度管理されたセラーの中で最低4ヶ月間瓶熟成。
