The small size keepsake mouse is about 8" 9" from head to rump and can be made from something as small as a newborn sized footed sleeper, though we may need to supplement with a small amount of extra fabric. The large size memory mouse is about 11" 12" from head to rump and requires an adult size small shirt or larger, or a size
