38" Victory Headdress by Russ Kruse Posts This is a design ofThis Victory Headdress is of a plains style construction. Worn by Sioux, Crow, Cheyenne, Blackfoot, Assinniboine and Plains Cree. It reflects the Lazy Stitch Bead Work in the Brow Band. Measuring in at 38"L x 18"W x 19"D (51"L with horse hair trails), this piece is stunning in both size and craftsmanship.
