The rod comes with the original bag with the hang-tag still intact and the tube with the label 90% remaining

The varnish shows light scuffs and scratches throughout though it is without meltdown or bag burn

This set was specifically made by Hardy in England upon request from a long time customer. Sizes included are 2 5 8", 2 7 8" and 3 1 8". They are recent vintage reels with the gunmetal gray finish but what makes this set special is that the reels have sequentially numbered serial stampings on the reel feet. A letter of provenance comes from Hardy and is included with the sale.
