Orvis Bakelite 8'6 5-6wt Bamboo Rod 10' black anodized aluminum sideplates (withFor sale here is an impregnated Orvis "Bakelite" 8'6" 3 2 5 6wt bamboo fly rod. Serial #5168. The rod was made in 1947 by John Rosencrantz. The rod is in excellent condition with a few minor issues. All wraps are sound with the varnish over the wraps beginning to show slight cracks. The hook keeper is missing and there are some light scratches in the blank. All sections are full length with a set in one of the tips, which I will get straightened
