Forvm Chardonnay Vinegar - 250ml Balsamic Vinegar with a chalky mineral characterProduced with high quality Chardonnay grapes from Catalonia this vinegar contains 30% grape juice which gives sweeter, more rounded flavours than most vinegars. With more than 8 years of solera (aged in oak barrels with a little vinegar from the previous year), this Chardonnay vinegar is sweet, tangy and full bodied. Drizzle it straight on salad leaves, over cured salmon or scallops. A few drops are delicious inside a shucked oyster. Forvm vinegars
