so I try to push myself beyond the norm of what I typically do and more expressive brush work and more brush work that captures what I love without being too deliberate is something I've had a lot of interest in lately and so this piece is a good example of just that as I’m trying to take myself and educate myself through this process

The water was crystal blue, almost teal, and the mountains towered over us in magnificent fashion. There was no waterfall here, and it was the middle of a blue sky day, but I could imagine a place where my creativity ran wild.
