There are scrapes and scratches in the paint around the tank but other than that the paint is really shiny. Has pedal shaft bushings and a helmet grocery hook as well. We can't be positive but we're pretty sure this frame has never seen real use. There is no muck or grime on this frame. Where the engine bolts would go,
