Made from Syrah grown largely on alluvial terraces of rolled pebbles, it is aged in a mix of stainless steel tanks and oak barrels to balance fresh fruit with structure. (The shop title misspells the appellation as "Cross Hermitage" it is Crozes Hermitage.)
