Tequila Kostiv is produced with some of the freshest agave available and demonstrates hints of Vanilla, Butterscotch in its initial taste with a subtle hint of vegetal and earth notes. 100% lowland agave sourced from the fields around Amititan. The pinas are roasted in brick ovens before being crushed in mechanized roller mills. Fermented in wooden vats with open tops
