vintage peasant dress skirt tag says it’s free sizethis is a suuuuper old special (dare i say antique) piece. the material is so thin and old (as demonstrated by the tear in the side under the armpit as pictured in final pictures). its so long (49 inches from shoulder to toes) and the little collar u can tie any way u like. waist comes to a beautiful V shape and goes up to 34 inches but it has strings on the side so u can tie it to fit smaller sizes. the tag barely exists anymore its just a little
