Polka Dot Halter Top with Tie Neck sets while the draped neckline andDetails This top feels retro, but the line stays clean and grown. The halter tie frames the shoulders, while the draped polka dot body keeps the shape soft instead of rigid. Designed with a halter neckline, self tie neck scarf detail, all over red polka dot print, and a lightly shaped body that falls smoothly from the bust, this top has more movement than a fitted cami. It works best with looser denim or skirts that keep the silhouette balanced.
