Damit Spielen und Lernen auch die Phantasie frdern, sind die Formen der Figuren auf das Wesentliche beschrnkt. Alle Teile sind mit Acrylfarben auf Wasserbasis bemalt. So bleibt die Holzmaserung weiter erkennbar und gleichzeitig ist das Holz speichel & schweifest. Die meisten Figuren sind aus Ahorn. Aber auch Eiche, Buche und Birke werden verarbeitet.
