Blanc du Casot 2010 2009 au sein du vignoble duUnder the strong influence of the Cte Vermeille, old vines of mainly Grenache Gris planted on Banyuls terraces of black schist, farmed by hand with the regions traditional hoe (xadic in Catalan). Very low yields harvested at optimal ripeness and vinified naturally and uncomprisingly: a dense, powerful white wine. A hint of gas upon opening brings freshness to the wine. Limited to one bottle per customer.
