Orion Alpha 2023 retour_par_3 The aromatic profile is preservedThis wine, crafted from two Cabernet Franc parcels, exemplifies masterful winemaking. The grapes, harvested and destemmed by hand, undergo a gentle maceration of 21 days, promoting a controlled infusion of flavors. Pressing followed by aging in used barrels contributes to developing its unique character. The result is a balanced wine, where finesse and freshness harmoniously combine to offer a refined tasting experience.
