Tu vin plus aux soirées 2025 OP_nouveautés_2026 from fermentation to bottlingThis wine is a blend of Malbec and Merlot, from 20 year old vines grown on clay limestone soils. The grapes are harvested by hand, demonstrating meticulous care. Vinification is natural, with fermentation in concrete tanks and barrels, beginning with a short maceration of 7 days. The wine is then aged for 6 months in the same containers, ensuring a pure and authentic expression of the fruit.
