Respectueux de la nature, le vignoble est conduit en agriculture biologique. Les raisins, rcolts pleine maturit, subissent une longue macration pour dvelopper leur finesse. Aprs un levage de 18 mois, ce vin offre une belle complexit et un potentiel de garde de 8 15 ans.
