des reflets violets
intense whole
CHÂTEAU D'YQUEM 2008 Sauternes 0.75 Ltr des reflets violetsA vintage with a capricious climate, alternating between heat and cold, including a frost in April which just lightened the load on the grapes at Yquem. A cold and dry period follows in September, inducing a slow maturation of the Smillons which will reveal an undeniable aromatic purity; happy alchemy which results in a subtle alliance of richness and rare liveliness.
