Valentia 2019 Emilia then matured in non-new barrels60 year old Carignan Blanc vines growing in granitic sand, four day maceration with the skins, elevage in stainless steel tanks and chestnut barrels. The affirmation of a terroir's identity through a characteristic, though now uncommon, varietal. A rarity by virtue of the grape varietal, this is a white with great aromatic complexity floral, fruity, spicy notes and a wonderful minerality which heighten the unique character of this cuve.
