The ten year old vines, cultivated biodynamically on a single hectare of Kimmeridgian limestone soil, benefit from ideal exposure at the top of the slopes. The grapes are hand harvested, destemmed, and then macerated on the skins in 200 liter amphorae for one year, before undergoing a similar aging process. Production is limited to just 1,000 bottles,
